 Blotting & Stain Removing

When spills occur dilute with plenty of water. Next, blot from edge of the spills towards the center. Avoid rubbing the area. For solid spills, take a spoon and carefully scoop up material. It is always best to attack the spill immediately. The following information and chart will help you eliminate most stains. For further advice, contact us. We will be glad to help.

How to clean Stains

1.Work Quickly

2.Blot up Excess spill with paper towels. Do not rub. 

3.Apply Antidote as shown on list with clean, cloth working from edge to center.

4.Do not soak.

5.Pat with Paper Towels. Dry with Fan or hair blower.

6.Restore pile with clothes brush.

Removing Wax

Put a blotter or brown paper bag over the spot. Put hot iron over the blotter. Wait a few minutes until the wax is absorbed into the blotter. Repeat if necessary. Move the iron constantly and do not let it stay inone place.

Removing Ink

Saturate the spot with hairspray. Allow it to dry. Brush light with a solution of water and vinegar.

Removing Glue

Saturate the spot with a cloth soaked in vinegar or alcohol.

Removing Chewing Gum

Press ice cubes against spot. Wait until it becomes brittle and breaks off. Use spot remover to varnish last traces of the spot.

 Stain Removal General Procedure

Always rub or brush lightly from the outer edge toward the center of stain to prevent spreading or causing "the ring" when using solvents, especially on twist rugs and pile carpets. On old, dry or stubborn stains, saturate, blot and brush. Repeat this operation as often as necessary to remove the stain completely.

You must remove quickly, so keep a small container with the following items close:

• Clean Cloths
• A clothes brush
• Mild Detergent
• White Vinegar
• Dry Cleaning Fluid
• Weak Ammonia
• Sponges
• Alcohol
• Glycerin

 Does Yur Rug Have Pet Urine Odor?

Facts on urine ordor and urine salt removal. Are you tire of trying all miracle pet odor removals only to find nothing works! Well there is a reason the super products dont work.

The Problem....

Liquid urine turns into a dry crystal known as urine salt. These crystals become embedded, attached and bonded to the rug yam fiber causing not onlu odor but destroying and deteriorating the rug fibers. Ultimately the rug will rot, become brittle and ruined. The bad news is, contrary to all the miracle advertising and promises nothing will remove these salt crystals. Thats right nothing. No super duper miracle product, no enzyme, nothing, you can't wish it out, miracle them out, blast them out or enzyme them out. Your wasting money.

The Solution....

Submersion Vat Treatment. Rugs must be submerged for 24 hours in a special solution that will liquefy or emulsify these crystals this process will release the attached urine salt from fibers. Rugs are then hoisted and flushed front and back until all urine has been removed. Rug is the dried and ready fpr standard washing and topical treatment. It works, it thorough and effetive and we have been doing it since 1937.

Note....

Protect yourself from counterfiets. Many will  say they vat treat; ask to see their facility. Then come by and see ours. You'll know the difference. 6x9, 8x10, and 9x20 rugs will weight from 270-675lbs; how are the hoisted, where do the flush.
